· Executive Direction: Provide financial analysis, guidance, coaching, business model innovation, and best practices. Oversee accounting, treasury, financial planning, internal audits, and risk management. Establish performance metrics and lead key financial projects/initiatives.
· Team Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, growth, while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities to ensure a high-performing finance team.
· Operational Efficiency: Implement cost management procedures, optimize financial processes, integrate new technologies, coach up financial team members, and streamline business processes for maximum efficiency.
· Performance Reporting: Review the previous period's financial performance as well as provide forward-looking guidance and suggestions as well as answer any of the management’s questions.
· Risk Management: Identify and assess internal financial risks involving cash flow management utilizing a 12-month cash flow forecast.
